Mechanized parking systems

The best steel and carbon are worked with iron and then assembled together with high-tech sensors, transducers and safety devices to create mechanized parking capable of satisfying every need.

Types of mechanized parking systems

Svecom Parking Solutions makes four types of mechanized parking lots. These are state-of-the-art solutions designed to optimize parking space in urban or private areas in a smart and convenient way. These innovative systems use mechanical devices, sensors, and push buttons to manage the positioning and storage of vehicles, enabling maximum use of the available area.

Ideal for optimizing the area set aside for vehicle parking, mechanized rotating platform parking systems are systems that use platforms that can rotate 360 degrees to facilitate efficient and safe positioning and retrieval of cars. They are perfect when space is at a premium because they are designed to fit into small spaces while still providing convenient vehicle accessibility.

Mechanized translating platform parking facilities are designed to move vehicles horizontally along a flat surface. This movement is accomplished through the use of translating systems that allow the platforms to move sideways, allowing vehicles to be placed precisely and safely, side by side, without having to move one car to make room for the next.

Mechanized parking doublers allow two vehicles to share the same parking space, employing mechanical lift or translation systems to safely position one over the other. Svecom Parking Solutions makes three types of doublers, one with a pit, which uses space downward, and two with columns, which use a platform for the second car to park on.

Particularly functional for underground parking spaces in city centers, the car hoist can also be an elegant garage that disappears into the backyard, saving valuable space.

A car hoist, also called a car elevator, is a platform in which a car is placed to transport it to different levels of parking, underground or elevated.

Optional for mechanized parking lots

Each mechanized parking lot can be customized with different options.

App for booking pickup

In our mechanized parking lots, it is possible to book a car pickup using a user-friendly app, which also allows the modification or cancellation of the parking space, reducing waiting time and ensuring flexibility and convenience for users.

Automated checkouts

Our mechanized parking lots are equipped with automated checkouts to speed up and smoothen payment operations. Once the ticket is entered, it will be possible to choose to pay with cash, credit card or electronic methods.

Electric recharges

We offer electric recharging in our mechanized parking lots, compatible with electric and hybrid vehicles. The charging process is simple and intuitive and aims to encourage the adoption of low-emission vehicles to reduce pollution levels in cities.

Mechanized parking: convenience and reduced consumption

The energy consumption of mechanized parking depends on several factors, including:

The size of the parking lot

The type of mechanized system used

The frequency of use

The energy efficiency of the system itself

In general, mechanized parking lots tend to have relatively low energy consumption compared to a traditional parking lot, since most of the energy is used to operate motors and lifting devices rather than for lighting or other auxiliary services.

However, for an accurate estimate of consumption, the project and its characteristics need to be specifically evaluated.

Underground or above-ground mechanized parking lots

We build mechanical parking lots that blend seamlessly with their surroundings and can be developed either underground or above ground.

Underground mechanized parking lots

Underground mechanized parking lots consist of an underground structure composed of a series of levels or platforms on which vehicles are placed.

These parking lots are usually accessed by access ramps and mechanical lifting or translation systems that allow vehicles to be positioned or retrieved. The underground facility may include control and security systems to ensure safe and efficient use. Car doublers and car lifts usually fall into this category.

Above-ground mechanical parking lots

Because of their above-ground configuration, they offer greater visibility and accessibility than underground parking lots. In addition to moving cars inside a garage or shed, they are often used as displays for showrooms or dealerships. Examples include rotating platforms, which are also used extensively outdoors as well as indoors.
