Located in the heart of the city of Verona, the automated multi-storey car park not only responds to mobility needs, but also helps to enhance the urban fabric, in order to offer a valuable solution for the entire city centre.
This project represents an excellent example of how renovation interventions can transform historic buildings, enriching them with new parking facilities and significantly increasing their value.
The solution
An underground automated car park
We have optimised the use of the underground floors of a charming historic building in the centre of Verona to create an automated multi-storey car park with 21 parking spaces distributed over three levels. The access cabin, positioned at street level, guarantees easy and convenient entry to the facility without compromising in any way the artistic integrity of the building’s façade
